Dubai: Chairman PTI, Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Jahangir Tareen met BNP President Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal here on Sunday. Situation in Balochistan and country’s politics were discussed in the meeting. Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal during the meeting said that Balochistan has been facing worst situation since 2006 after the assassination of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti. He expressed grave concern over the issues of missing persons and dumped dead bodies and held that situation in Balochistan closely resembles the situation in East Pakistan that ultimately led to disintegration of the country. He asked whether PTI has the courage to bring the killers of Baloch people to justice. He made it clear that concrete steps are needed to revive confidence of Baloch nation over national institutions. He further said that apology has become a rather irritating word for Balochs because Musharraf and Zardari also rendered apologies to Baloch people and then they both gave dead bodies to Balochs. Sardar Akhtar Jan Mengal gave a list to Imran Khan of missing person, political leaders and worker who were martyred in target killing and those person which dumped dead bodies were found.

Pak military initiated brutal operation in Bugti areas of Balochistan

Quetta, Jan 31 (ANI): Pakistan's military has reportedly started a brutal operation in the Bugti areas of Balochistan.

According to the Sri Lanka Guardian, Pakistan's military is conducting a wide operation with the help of gunship helicopters and fighter jets in Sui,Gopat,Pirkoh,Uch and adjacent areas.

Three, including a woman, have reportedly been killed, while over 15 Baloch villagers have been critically injured.

The Baloch Republican Party's (BRP) central spokesman Mir Sher Mohammad Bugti said in a statement that the occupying forces have intensified military operations in Balochistan after the concerns expressed by the American State Department on genocide of the Baloch nation and human rights violations by occupying forces in Balochistan.

He said that the occupying forces have made certain areas of Balochistan including Dera Bugti, Kohlu and others no-go zones for media and human rights organizations.

He said that previously the forces conducted a similar operation in Kohistan Marri region of Balochistan where the human rights were barbarically crushed by occupying forces of Pakistan.

He appealed to the international community, European Union, International Media and Human Rights Organizations to practically intervene in Balochistan. (ANI)

The central spokesman of the Balochistan National Party has said in his statement that present Govt on one hand, is claiming to compensate for the injustice and excesses in Balochistan, but on another hand, their policies of the exploitation is connectively going on.

 

 

 

He said that the claim to remove sense of deprivation by the Government is baseless and false. They are vociferating this merely to bring false charm in their politics. While in reality they have got no trucks with the manifold problems of the Balochistan because their self benefit is dear to them.

 

 

 

The spokesman said that the apathy of the frivolous, typical example in Balochistan is the NADRA employers who are not being permanence in their jobs, while prime minister and rest of the leaders have given false consolations regarding this problem.

 

 

 

He further said that so-call aped packages could not heal the wounds of the Baloch People, rather, compound their problems.

 

 

 

Till today, in Balochistan, Kill and Dump’ Policy of our brethren is continued. Tyrant rulers have further more ignited the fire. The political workers are being abducted and subsequently their bullet-riddled bodies are found in abandoned areas, especially sacrilege of bulwark during operation is rampant.

 

 

 

The Spokesman said that we had better display uniformity against cohesion and barbarity.
