BNP to continue Baloch self-determination movement: BNP Central Commitee Declaration

 BNP Central Commitee Meeting 6th March 2010

 QUETTA: Balochistan National Party held it meeting under the chairmanship of acting president Dr. Jahanzeb Jamaldini.  Secretary general of BNP Habib Jalib Baloch submitted report of his office activities for the last seven months.  The report was approved with certain amendments.  In the meeting it was determined to continue Baloch self-determination movement.  The militration operation, kidnapping, targetting killing of Baloch people was condemned terming it as colonial tyrannies.  It was decided to submit written request to UNO for interference and ensure Baloch right of self-determination.   

 A rich tribute offered to Baloch martyres like Riaz Baloch, Madad Khan and his three comrades, dozens of martyres of Lyari and Marree. The tyrannical incidents projected for global awareness. 

The projects like Gwadar, Racudack, deep sea port were held as anti-Baloch and a tool to convert Baloch majority into minority and leading to spoil Baloch economy, displacement of local fishermen replacing them with refugees from Afghanistan, Punjab and  Karachi  and  stressed to stop all such activities in the province.  It was also decided in the meeting that with alliance of Pushtoon a movement shall be undertaken to  shifting of refugees from Afghanistan and other places  in the province.

President Balochistan National Party (BNP) Akhtar Jan Mengal has condemned mounting incidents of abduction for ransom and said that the role of Hindus in the Baloch National Movement in past can not be sidelined. His condemnation came while talking to press on Tuesday. He said that Hindus have played a persistent role against the atrocities of every despot who launched repressive policies against Balochs through state atrocities.
